What is Camino?

Founded in 1973, Camino del Matrimonio is a movement of the Archdiocese of Miami that offers a weekend retreat for the preparation to the Sacrament of Marriage in the Catholic Church.

The retreat is an opportunity for couples to reflect and discuss issues to help couples achieve a successful marriage, with God at the center of the relationship. By completing the 16 hours of the retreat, couples will fulfill one of the Archdiocese of Miami requirements for premarital preparation.

Camino del Matrimonio emphasizes the values of the Gospel to help married couples become a Domestic Church and families committed to evangelization.
